Shipping policy

 Shipping: Items are shipped based on supplier and manufacturer lead times and availability. Please contact High Road Suspension to ensure the items are in stock and available for shipment.

  1. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. You will be provided with an estimate during the checkout process.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

  3. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship items to PO Boxes unless it is a smaller item like clothing or accessories. Larger items such as wheels or tires cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

  6. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  7. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the event your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
