Shipping: Items are shipped based on supplier and manufacturer lead times and availability. Please contact High Road Suspension to ensure the items are in stock and available for shipment.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. You will be provided with an estimate during the checkout process.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship items to PO Boxes unless it is a smaller item like clothing or accessories. Larger items such as wheels or tires cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the event your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
